NEXPMX was founded by agency operators who were tired of juggling 10+ tools for projects, billing, and client communication. We set out to build the unified workspace that every agency in India deserves.
Our Mission
Our mission is to give every agency in India a single workspace to run projects, send GST invoices, collect UPI payments, and close clients — without duct-taping Trello, Zoho, and WhatsApp. We believe agency operations should be simple, connected, and built for the way Indian businesses actually work.
Born from real agency pain
We ran a digital agency for five years. Every quarter, we tried a new tool to fix one bottleneck — a project tracker here, an invoicing app there, a client portal somewhere else. Nothing talked to anything. Our team spent more time updating tools than doing actual work.
In 2023, we decided to build the platform we couldn't find: one system that handles the entire agency lifecycle, from client intake to final payment, with GST compliance baked in from day one.
Two years and 500+ agencies later, NEXPMX is the operating system that Indian agencies run on daily — from two-person studios to 200-seat agencies managing thousands of projects.
