Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. By using NEXPMX, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• One organization is created per signup. Inviting team members is done through the platform.

Creating an account is free. Access to the platform requires an active paid subscription: after signing up you choose a plan and authorise payment, and the workspace opens once that payment is confirmed. There is no free trial period.

Which features a workspace can reach depends on its plan. Sections not included in your plan remain visible but locked, and unlock immediately when you move to a plan that includes them.

A workspace whose subscription lapses is locked rather than deleted. Its data is retained for 30 days, during which reactivating a subscription restores access in full.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Prices are listed in USD. Annual plans are discounted 20% vs. monthly.
• Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured until the next renewal.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the platform without our written consent
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data in bulk
• Interfere with the platform's availability or performance

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create in NEXPMX ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

AI features are provided "as is" and are powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

NEXPMX, its design, code, and brand are owned by Nexustech and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, third-party failures, etc.).

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, you lose access to the platform. Your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexustech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides additional protections, those protections apply alongside these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.

These Terms are between you and the company below, which operates NEXPMX.
